- We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair products, including bundles, closures, frontals, or wigs.

Order Issues or Damaged Products
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

- We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, all orders are considered final and will be processed for shipping.
Backordered Items
- If you choose to cancel a backordered item, you must notify us before it ships. Once shipped, the order is final and non-refundable.
